Lizzo, a prominent advocate for body positivity and women's empowerment, sought to commission a piece of art that would embody both futuristic elements and timeless expressions of womanhood. Turning to the expertise of leading 3D artists, Lizzo was drawn to McIntyre's unique approach to technology, which has established her as a highly sought-after creative director and artist.Collaborating with McIntyre, Lizzo's vision came to life. A nude portrait of the artist, captured by Jora Frantzis, served as the centerpiece, with McIntyre overseeing every aspect of the creative 3-D vision, from the surrounding environment to the intricately designed attire and voluminous, simulated clouds.
Utilizing a sophisticated blend of eight different 3D softwares, McIntyre crafted a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, ensuring its irreplaceability. Beyond its aesthetic appeal, the artwork serves as a poignant celebration of female beauty and spirituality, symbolizing the journey of overcoming adversity and transcending negativity. Marisa Lu provided detailed retouching and assisted in the VFX.
